Within the Minnesota Health Care Programs (MHCP), this position has responsibility for: 1. Payment policy application for specific benefits authorized and available under MHCP. 2. Producing paid claims reports for hospitals. 3. Generating and analyzing reports of current and future ambulatory rates areas such as Indian Health Service services, medical supplies and equipment, prosthetics, orthotics, outpatient hospital, free standing ambulatory surgery centers, laboratory, physician and ensuring accepted rates are accurately reflected in the MMIS system. 4. Systems design, writing and submission of system change requests, testing and implementing system changes, data analysis, and a range of activities related to a fee-for-service program.
